Corporate Associate (Senior Level) - Private Equity

An Am Law 100 firm seeks a senior associate to join its Corporate Practice in San Francisco, focusing on private equity transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries.

• Minimum of 6 years of corporate transactional experience at a leading law firm, with a strong emphasis on private equity investments and divestitures, portfolio company transactions, and general corporate fiduciary duties and governance.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Team-oriented, with the ability to independently take on responsibility for drafting primary deal documents, leading complex diligence, managing deal processes (including junior associates and internal specialist teams), and handling client interactions and work product.
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
