This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, accrued paid time off plan starting at 20 days annually, personal medical and parental leave, up to 10 paid holidays, and family care benefits.
- 7-10 years of experience as a corporate paralegal with public and privately held companies.
- Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Section 16 filing platforms, including EDGAR, hCue, and Workiva, as well as capitalization-management platforms such as Carta and Shareworks.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships, exercise sound judgment, maintain discretion, and work independently.
- Demonstrated knowledge of California and Delaware corporate law, federal and state securities laws, and Rule 701 analysis.
- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Adobe Acrobat, document proofreading, redlining, comparison, and accurate timekeeping.
- Paralegal certificate or degree.
- Experience in IPO or SPAC.
- Experience with secured lending.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
