Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney

Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a mid-level Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney with 3–7 years of experience. The role involves drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal processes and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling the day-to-day demands of a sophisticated M&A practice.

• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school required.
