Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney

An established law firm is seeking a skilled M&A attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join its corporate practice. This role involves working on sophisticated merger and acquisition transactions for a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary deal documents, manage the deal process from start to finish, and oversee client relationships. You will also supervise junior associates and handle the day-to-day demands and workflow requirements across a variety of M&A matters.
