Experienced corporate lawyer wanted for a busy Corporate / M&A team based in Bonn. The role involves advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, general corporate matters and related commercial work within a multidisciplinary practice.

You will join a collaborative team that handles deal execution, contract negotiation and corporate governance matters. The role offers regular client contact and opportunities to work on complex transactional mandates alongside senior lawyers.

Qualified lawyer in Germany (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent admission
Practical experience in M&A and corporate law (associate level)
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills on transactions
Good English and German language skills
