Opportunity for an attorney to join a well-regarded, multi-office German corporate practice focused on M&A and related transactional work. The role involves advising corporate clients across the deal lifecycle, including buy- and sell-side transactions, shareholder agreements and corporate governance matters.

The team works from multiple offices across Germany and collaborates on cross-office matters. This is a hands-on role with exposure to both domestic and cross-border transactions and close coordination with other practice areas.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or comparable qualification
Experience in corporate/M&A transactional work
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable managing closing processes
Fluent German; English proficiency for cross-border matters
