Attorney — Employment & Corporate (multi-office Germany)

Growing German practice seeks an attorney to join its Employment & Corporate teams. The role is open across multiple German offices and involves advising domestic and international employers on labour law, corporate governance and related transactional matters.

Work will include counselling clients on workforce issues, drafting and negotiating employment provisions in corporate transactions, and supporting corporate compliance and restructuring projects. The team offers collaborative casework and opportunities for client-facing responsibility.

• Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent.
• Practical experience in employment law and corporate law (advisory and transactional work).
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; experience with employment clauses in M&A or corporate restructurings preferred.
• Fluent German and strong English for international client work; team-oriented and client-facing approach.
