Corporate & M&A Associate — Hong Kong

Senior associate role within a global corporate and M&A practice based in Hong Kong. The team handles cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital matters for an international client base and works closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.

The role involves leading due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating with clients and external parties, and contributing to business development. This is an on-site position in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

• Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with c.8 years' post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A.
• Proven experience on cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; ability to work independently and with global teams.
• Good understanding of Greater China legal issues relevant to transactions.
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin and/or Cantonese advantageous.
