Opportunity for a 1-3 PQE Corporate Tax Associate to join a busy tax team advising privately owned businesses, founders and entrepreneurs on UK and cross-border corporate tax matters. The role involves providing technical tax advice integrated with commercial and legal aspects of transactions and routine client work.

The team acts on business and investment structuring, transactional tax, and ongoing corporate tax advisory for domestic and international clients. This role is client-facing with scope to take on project leadership and career progression within a collaborative, high-performing group.

Hybrid working with core hours and flexibility. The team values strong technical ability, clear drafting and client communication skills.

1-3 PQE in UK corporate tax practice
Admitted to practice as a solicitor in England & Wales
Practical experience of UK corporate tax and cross-border structuring
Strong drafting, research and client-facing skills; commercial outlook
Proficient with standard office IT (Word, Excel) and able to work collaboratively
