We are seeking a skilled commercial disputes lawyer to join our highly successful disputes team in Brisbane. This role offers the opportunity to work on a critical and complex matter for a government client, with direct client engagement and collaboration within a large, dedicated cohort.

You will work closely with a partner and a team of lawyers and paralegals locally and nationally, handling a diverse range of interesting work that spans government, regulated entities, listed entities, and SMEs. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven lawyer to further develop their career within a genuine team environment.

You will be an engaged and driven commercial disputes lawyer with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding results. You will have excellent communication and drafting skills, thrive in a busy environment, and excel both autonomously and as part of a team.

Operating at Lawyer/Associate level with experience as a commercial litigator in a well-regarded practice.
Proven ability to coordinate, manage workflows under pressure, and delegate appropriately.
Experience engaging with a broad range of individual, corporate, and government clients.
Superior analytical, research, and drafting skills.
Hold or be able to hold a Baseline Security Clearance.
Experience in investigations and/or government disputes is a bonus, though commercial disputes experience is key.
