Apply in confidence →We are seeking up to 10 qualified lawyers to join our national offices. This role offers exposure to high-profile, complex transactional work across a range of practice areas, and the chance to collaborate closely with senior partners in a supportive team environment.
In this role, you will handle varied legal matters, advise clients directly, and contribute to business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements
- Managing transactions and client matters end-to-end
- Providing strategic legal advice on complex issues
- Conducting due diligence and document review
- Leading negotiations and building client relationships
- Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers
- Supporting internal business development and pitch activities
- Contributing to seminars and thought leadership
About you:
You will have experience in one or more of the following areas: disputes, M&A, banking & finance, technology/media/telecoms, funds & superannuation, employment, projects, competition, tax, or IP & trademarks.
Ideal candidates will come from a well-regarded law firm or have equivalent in-house experience, with strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
