eDiscovery Staff Attorney — Litigation, Miami

Leading law firm team in Miami seeks an experienced eDiscovery Staff Attorney to join the firm s eDiscovery group and support litigation case teams across offices. The role will advise on eDiscovery strategy and best practices, assist with discovery scoping, preservation and collection, and oversee document review and productions.

The successful candidate will manage review teams, coordinate with litigation attorneys and vendors, and help develop facts through targeted discovery. This is a hands-on role with immediate responsibility on active matters.

• 5+ years of traditional eDiscovery experience, including document review management and fact development
• Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the Florida bar and in good standing
• Practical experience with preservation, collection workflows, review platforms, and productions
• Strong project-management skills and ability to work collaboratively with litigation teams and vendors
