Apply in confidence →We are seeking a litigation associate with 1+ years of experience to join our high-profile litigation team in San Diego or San Francisco. Our practice provides clients with resourceful approaches, experienced advocacy, and substantive expertise, combining a winning attitude and an aggressive drive to yield favorable and efficient results. We partner across disciplines to advise on key legal and industry matters, with pretrial, discovery, trial, and appellate efforts designed to solve clients' problems through a collaborative, results-driven approach.
In this role, you will support the growth of the practice, contribute to articles, attend speaking engagements, and participate in client development activities. Collaboration is essential, and the firm requires working from the office approximately 60% of the time.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters
- Experience in legal research, brief-writing, running document production, and discovery
- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- California bar admission required
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professionalism in engaging with clients and colleagues
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and balance competing responsibilities
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
