Employment Associate – Litigation & Arbitration (Mid-Senior Level)

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level associate to join our global litigation practice, with a focus on labor and employment matters. In this role, you will advise and represent clients in employment-related disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and workplace investigations.

• Handle a diverse caseload of employment disputes, from inception through resolution.
• Provide strategic counsel on a wide range of labor and employment issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on complex, cross-border matters.
• Support business development and contribute to the growth of the practice.

• Qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience in employment law.
• Strong litigation and arbitration skills, with a focus on labor and employment matters.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience handling cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters is a plus.
