We are seeking a Legal Technology & AI Attorney to join our national litigation practice. In this role, you will work closely with litigators and internal technology and knowledge teams to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered tools and workflows that support legal research, document analysis, case strategy, deposition and trial preparation, and drafting. You will evaluate and pilot emerging legal technology, develop and refine generative AI prompts, and help establish governance and best practices for responsible AI use in litigation. The role also involves training attorneys and staff, creating internal documentation and playbooks, and monitoring developments in litigation technology and AI.

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
3–5 years of litigation experience at a law firm or in-house legal department.
Experience with litigation workflows, including legal research, motion practice, deposition preparation, and case strategy.
Demonstrated interest in legal technology, innovation, or AI applications in litigation.
Familiarity with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including developing prompts for research, drafting, and analysis.
Familiarity with legal research platforms, document management systems, and drafting workflows.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, technologists, and business professionals.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
