Business Litigation Attorney

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, seeks a business litigation attorney to join its Business and Securities Litigation practice in California. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial disputes in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

• 2–6 years of significant litigation experience, preferably in complex commercial litigation.
• Experience in a litigation department of a comparable law firm.
• Project-based experience with the ability to multi-task on high-level assignments while producing superior work product.
• Experience mentoring and overseeing junior associates and professional staff.
• High level of academic achievement from an accredited law school.
• Current admission to the California bar.
• Experience in technology litigation, class action defense, or company-vs-company disputes is preferred but not required.
