Key responsibilities:

Manage litigation files from inception to resolution
Meet with clients and provide legal opinions
Appear before civil and administrative courts and tribunals
Negotiate out-of-court settlements
Conduct research and follow-ups with judgment and diligence

What will help you succeed:

1 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer
Significant experience in insurance law, civil litigation, and court appearances
Rigorous, methodical, and professional approach
Strong organizational skills and client service orientation
Team spirit and bilingualism (French and English)
