Join a leading national employment practice in Melbourne, advising a diverse client base of medium to large national and international employers. You will handle both contentious and non-contentious employment and industrial relations matters, including transactional employment work, discrimination, WHS, immigration, and privacy.

You will work closely with experienced partners and senior practitioners, gaining exposure to complex litigation, corporate transactions, and client relationship management.

4-6 years of post-admission experience in employment and industrial relations law
Experience in transactional employment work (including due diligence) is highly desirable
Ideally, experience from a large national or international law firm, or a specialist employment law practice
Excellent technical, analytical, and drafting skills with strong attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong client service orientation and ability to manage client relationships
Proactive, autonomous, and able to work collaboratively
