Our Digital Legal Delivery team in Melbourne is looking for a Senior Solicitor with a passion for real estate law and a keen interest in legal technology and innovation. You will deliver high-volume leasing work across commercial, industrial and retail sectors, while supporting due diligence and transactions for a range of blue-chip clients.

In this role, you will take ownership of matters from instruction through to completion, providing commercially focused, practical advice and building strong client relationships. You will also supervise and mentor junior team members through structured coaching, and collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups on complex, large-scale deals.

To be successful, you will have at least 4 years' experience as a lawyer in a property or leasing practice, a current unrestricted practising certificate, and strong drafting and negotiation skills in leases and related documents. Experience in a high-volume leasing practice is highly regarded, as is a natural passion for developing others, an innovative mindset, and curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Melbourne.

Minimum 4 years' experience as a lawyer in a property or leasing practice
Current unrestricted practising certificate
Experience drafting and negotiating leases and related documents
High-volume leasing experience highly regarded
Strong academic results and commitment to continuous learning
Solid drafting, negotiation and matter management skills
Experience supervising juniors and passion for developing others
Innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies
