Employment Litigation Associate — New York

Leading national/international law practice is seeking a mid-level Employment Litigation associate to join its New York litigation team. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting individual and collective employment matters, with significant exposure to wage & hour and discrimination litigation, pre-litigation counseling, administrative responses, and internal investigations.

Associates will take active roles on complex matters, including discovery and motion practice, depositions, court appearances, mediations, and client counseling. The team emphasizes mentorship, structured training, and opportunities for substantive responsibility with corporate clients.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar
• 3–5 years of litigation experience (employment litigation experience preferred)
• Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with depositions, motion practice, and handling administrative charges or internal investigations
