Mid-to-senior level associates or counsel are sought for a global energy & infrastructure projects team. The role is open across multiple offices (Houston, New York, Toronto, Washington, D.C.) and will focus on complex project financings and related transactional work.

Successful candidates will work on debt and tax equity financings, project development transactions, joint ventures, and M&A matters within the energy and infrastructure sectors. The team offers formal mentoring for laterals, a hybrid working model, and participation in professional development and pro bono programs.

The position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus; a starting base salary range was indicated in the posting and actual compensation will be determined based on experience and role fit.

Minimum 3 years post-qualification law firm experience (mid-to-senior level)
Strong project finance experience; debt and tax equity financings preferred
Transactional background including M&A, joint ventures, and project development
Demonstrated academic achievement and strong analytical and drafting skills
