EPC / Project Development Associate

Our corporate practice group is seeking an attorney with experience in project development and transactions, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects and related project documents.

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on EPC contracts, project agreements, and other key transaction documents.
• Support project development matters across multiple offices.
• Collaborate with a high-caliber corporate team on complex energy and infrastructure transactions.

Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials and comparable law firm or in-house experience.

• Experience with EPC contracts and project development transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for project agreements and related documents.
• Excellent academic credentials.
