Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) / Off-Take Agreement Attorney

Our corporate practice group is seeking an attorney with experience in offtake arrangements and power purchase agreements (PPAs) to join our team in one of several U.S. offices.

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on PPAs and related offtake agreements.
• Support project finance and energy transactions with strong contract expertise.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on complex energy matters.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile energy transactions across the country.

• 3+ years of experience with PPAs and offtake agreements, including drafting and negotiating.
• Background in energy, contracts, and project finance.
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
