Join a leading global firm’s Düsseldorf energy team advising on the full life cycle of energy projects, with a strong focus on renewables. Work will include regulatory advice, project structuring, development and financing, and drafting and negotiating complex energy supply and commercial contracts.

Workstreams cover low‑carbon technologies such as green hydrogen and battery storage, cross‑border/regulatory issues and transactional as well as dispute prevention and resolution work. Several years' post‑qualification experience in energy law / public economic law
Proven experience with renewable‑energy projects, project contracts and regulatory mandates
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex commercial and supply agreements
Excellent English; German native or fluent; other languages advantageous
Commercial mindset, team player with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
