Day-to-day work includes advising on establishment, governance and distribution of SFC‑authorised retail funds and professional investor private funds, managing ongoing SFC compliance, and working closely with a team to deliver efficient transaction execution and client service.

Hong Kong qualified lawyer with c.1–3 years' post‑qualification experience (overseas-qualified candidates or newly qualified may be considered)
Practical knowledge of funds management, SFC authorisation and funds compliance/regulatory frameworks
Strong analytical, commercial and problem‑solving skills; proven team player
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
