Our firm is seeking a skilled associate to join our Litigation practice, focusing on government investigations and white-collar defense. You will handle complex criminal and regulatory matters for a diverse range of clients.

• Conduct internal investigations and defend clients in criminal and regulatory proceedings.
• Develop case strategy, manage discovery, and prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with partners and teams across practices to deliver strategic counsel.

Qualified candidates will bring:

• Strong experience in white-collar crime, investigations, and criminal defense.
• Superior legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
