Opportunities are open across multiple U.S. offices (including Washington, D.C.; Houston; New York; and San Francisco). The role focuses on complex infrastructure projects work within the public‑private partnership (PPP) and concessions space.
Candidates will work on project finance and sponsor/financing-side matters across core infrastructure assets such as toll roads, airports, bridges and tunnels, water and wastewater, digital infrastructure, energy transition projects and data centers. The team values collaborative, client‑facing lawyers who thrive in a fast‑paced, deal‑oriented environment.
- 3–9+ years' post-qualification experience in infrastructure/project finance and PPP/concessions work.
- Experience representing equity sponsors, lenders or other private-sector participants in PPPs is required.
- Greenfield infrastructure and experience with core asset classes (roads, airports, water, digital/energy transition) strongly preferred.
- Excellent academic record, superior written and oral communication skills, and a strong client-service orientation.
- Membership in the state bar of the office where the candidate will be based (or eligibility to be admitted) is required.
