Leading global insurance practice is seeking 3–6 PQE litigation attorneys to join its New Jersey office on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on defending insurance and liability claims across a range of matters and offers development support, mentorship and opportunities for internal mobility.

Successful candidates will manage litigation files from strategy through trial, draft pleadings and motions, handle discovery and depositions, and participate in mediations and court hearings. The team works on premises liability, motor‑vehicle (including UM/UIM), negligent security, professional liability and wrongful‑death matters.

The firm offers a competitive compensation package (published range $130,000–$160,000), performance reviews, and benefits; candidates must be admitted and in good standing in New Jersey. Hybrid working and a 1920‑hour annual requirement apply.

3–6 years of insurance defense litigation experience
Admission and good standing in New Jersey (additional state admissions a plus)
Proven experience with pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial/mediation work
Substantive familiarity with New Jersey court rules and procedures
Strong legal research, writing and client‑facing communication skills
