We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our national counsel team in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on managing personal injury and property damage claims arising under state-mandated minimum financial responsibility limits. You will work closely with attorneys across our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice group and take a lead role in handling a nationwide docket of cases.

This position offers a flexible billable-hour requirement and is not on a partner track. The ideal candidate thrives in a technology-forward environment, is adept at leveraging AI tools, and demonstrates exceptional judgment, organizational skill, and the ability to clearly articulate legal strategy.

Active Georgia bar license required; must reside in Georgia
Minimum of five years of experience in automobile insurance defense, including matters involving minimum financial responsibility limits
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and a nationwide caseload
Strong communication and strategic thinking skills; comfort with legal technology and AI platforms
