Mid- to senior-level litigation attorney needed to join a busy transportation practice in Atlanta. The role focuses on insurance-defense work for trucking, freight and carrier matters, including interstate and intrastate disputes.

Responsibilities include managing discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and participating in trial preparation. The team handles issues common to the industry such as negligent hiring/retention, hours-of-service, ECM and telematics data, DOT compliance, and accident reconstruction.
