Established national law firm is seeking a senior associate-level insurance coverage attorney to join its Atlanta insurance coverage practice. The role focuses on coverage analysis and litigation defending insurers in extra-contractual and bad-faith matters across state and federal courts.

Typical work includes drafting coverage opinions, handling declaratory relief actions, managing mediations and arbitrations, and coordinating with carriers, reinsurers, and third-party administrators. The team handles complex policy interpretation, allocation and disclaimer issues across multiple lines of business.

7–10 years of insurance coverage and bad-faith litigation experience.
Proven research and legal writing skills; experience preparing coverage opinions and pleadings.

Admission to the Georgia bar required.
