Interim AI Governance Lawyer — Technology, London

Short-term (approx. 5-month) interim role supporting a major client in the energy sector. The role sits within a flexible resourcing team and combines hands-on AI governance work with commercial/technology contractual support.

The post is hybrid and will be supported by an internal sponsor while working on client-facing matters. You will have access to firm know‑how and development resources while on assignment.

This is an operational, delivery-focused role for a legally qualified lawyer who can move quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines.

• Qualified lawyer (UK-qualified preferred)
• Experience with AI governance and practical AI use cases
• Exposure to technology transactions and commercial contracts
• Strong organisational skills; able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• Collaborative, pragmatic approach and able to work autonomously
