Project Finance Lawyer

We are seeking an ambitious project finance lawyer (3-6 PQE) to join our highly regarded Energy & Infrastructure Finance team. You will advise lenders, sponsors, developers, investors and public sector bodies on complex, high-value financings across the energy transition and infrastructure spectrum.

Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, you will gain early responsibility and direct client exposure while developing a specialism in one of the legal market's fastest-growing areas.

• Experience: 3-6 years' PQE specifically in project finance, acting for lenders and/or borrowers.
• Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills, plus excellent commercial awareness.
• Interest: A genuine interest in the energy transition and infrastructure markets.
• Approach: Collaborative, proactive and relationship-focused, with first-class communication skills.
• Qualification: Solicitor qualified in England & Wales or Scotland.
