A leading global firm seeks an associate to join its Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects group in London, working within a sector-focused sub-team covering aerospace, defence, space and nuclear energy. The practice advises major corporates, investors and government stakeholders on strategically significant, cross-border projects at the intersection of national security, infrastructure, advanced technology and global commerce.

The role offers a broad mix of transactional and project-related work, with a particular focus on nuclear energy, defence procurement and EPC contracts. Matters span government contracting frameworks, regulatory compliance, cross-border investment, supply chain issues and major project development, alongside emerging areas such as digital transformation, AI, cybersecurity and satellite technology.

2–6 PQE (or equivalent experience) in infrastructure, energy, resources and projects
Experience across transactional and project-related matters, ideally including nuclear energy, defence and EPC contracts
Currently working at an elite global or UK firm
Strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree) with excellent written communication and drafting skills
Outstanding technical ability, project management skills and commercial awareness
Motivated, resilient team player able to build strong client and colleague relationships
