Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced interim lawyer to support its banking and finance practice on a six-month assignment. Working within the firm's flexible resourcing team, you will provide high-quality legal services to a key banking client.

Qualified lawyer with 4+ years of PQE.
Strong transactional credit or lending experience gained in private practice or in-house.
Experience advising on a broad range of credit and lending matters.
Experience in real estate finance, private banking, property-backed lending, wealth management lending, Lombard lending, or broader secured lending.
Comfortable managing matters with a degree of autonomy and limited supervision.
Problem solver with a collaborative approach.
Able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
