Apply in confidence →We are seeking an experienced interim lawyer to support a significant merger and integration initiative. You will advise stakeholders on legal risks, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial and investment management documents, and collaborate closely with business, compliance, risk, and operational teams across the region. You will also manage external counsel where needed.
- Qualified lawyer with approximately 6+ years' PQE
- Experience gained in-house or in private practice, ideally within asset management, investment funds, or financial services
- Exposure to the Hong Kong asset management regulatory environment
- Experience supporting regional matters, including Singapore, would be advantageous
- Candidates with M&A or corporate transaction experience, particularly post-merger integration, are also of interest
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
