A Chicago-based opportunity for a junior corporate finance associate to join a busy finance group. The role involves documenting, negotiating and closing commercial finance transactions, including asset-based, real estate and cash-flow facilities.

Successful candidates will receive hands-on training and meaningful responsibility within a collaborative, nationally connected platform that supports long-term professional growth. The team seeks associates who work well on transactional matters and who can contribute strong drafting and client-service skills.

1–3 years of transactional legal experience (transferable experience); lenders/borrowers finance experience preferred
Experience with documentation, negotiation and closings for asset-based, real estate and/or cash-flow loans a plus; less experienced candidates with solid transactional background will be considered
Licensed to practice in Illinois or eligible to obtain licensure/waiver
Strong academic record, excellent drafting skills, attention to detail and high motivation
