We are seeking a mid-level associate to join our finance practice, focusing on structured finance. Candidates should have substantial experience in securitization and/or collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). This role is available in multiple offices across the United States.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of the applicable office
Minimum of 4 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO matters
Direct and applicable experience from a top-tier (AmLaw 100) law firm preferred
