Junior / Mid-level Finance Associate — Paris

Boutique finance team in Paris is hiring a junior to mid-level associate to support the firm's growing financing practice. The role involves working on leveraged acquisitions, project finance, real-estate financings and other structured financings for both lenders and borrowers.

You will join a compact, international-facing team working on cross-border financings and complex structured transactions. The role offers exposure to high-value matters and collaboration with specialist partners across jurisdictions.

• 1–4 years' PQE in a law firm, with experience in structured financings
• Master level degree; dual-degree or international education is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong team-working skills, organisation and attention to detail
