Labor & Employment Associate — Los Angeles

Los Angeles office seeking a Labor & Employment associate with 3–5 years of experience to join a substantial employment practice. The role focuses on wage-and-hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff employment claims.

Candidates must have arbitration, mediation, or trial experience. Experience handling FEHA matters and claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower issues is preferred. Strong academic credentials and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
