Labor & Employment Associate

We are seeking a skilled associate to join our labor and employment team. The practice is primarily employer-side litigation, with some advisory and investigative work. Cases largely involve class and representative actions, including wage and hour and discrimination matters. Ideal candidates will have experience in class action litigation.

• Law school class years 2017 through 2021
• Three or more years of experience in employment law at a peer firm
• Experience with class actions preferred
