Senior partner opportunity with a well-established UK law firm to lead and grow a restructuring and insolvency practice from the Birmingham office. The role suits an experienced insolvency practitioner who can act as the visible market lead locally and nationally.

The post-holder will take responsibility for originating and managing restructurings, formal insolvency appointments and distressed corporate work, while mentoring fee-earners and working closely with cross-practice teams on complex creditor and debtor-side matters.

There is scope for a partner with an existing, portable practice to integrate and expand their client base; the firm is seeking someone with demonstrable business-generation ability and a collaborative approach to practice development.

Established partner-level experience in restructuring, insolvency and related corporate work.
Proven track record of originating and managing complex restructurings and formal insolvency matters.
Demonstrable client relationships and business development capability; open to candidates with a portable practice.
Strong leadership and people-management skills; experience mentoring junior lawyers.
Qualified to practise in the relevant UK jurisdiction.
