Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow an established bankruptcy and restructuring practice in Birmingham. You will advise on complex insolvency and turnaround matters, lead client relationships, and work with corporate and creditor stakeholders across mid-market restructurings.

The role combines fee-earner responsibilities with business development and team leadership: supervising associates, originating new mandates, and shaping practice strategy.
