Leading regional office of a highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced corporate partner to join its Bristol corporate team. The role focuses on leading M&A and transactional work across mid-market corporate clients and working closely with cross-office deal teams.

The firm offers an established platform, support from a collaborative corporate group, and scope to develop and expand transactional revenues. This is a visible role with responsibility for originating work, managing complex deals, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with substantial corporate / M&A experience
Proven track record of leading mid-market transactions and managing deal teams
Strong business development skills; portable practice or demonstrable origination capability welcomed
Ability to mentor and develop associates and contribute to practice growth
