Private Equity / M&A role within a leading German full‑service firm’s Frankfurt office. The team advises on national and cross‑border M&A and private equity transactions, M&A insurance solutions, joint ventures and complex corporate law matters.

• Qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent; candidates with or without post‑qualification experience welcome
• Strong academic record (above‑average exams)
• Commercial mindset, proactive and creative approach to client work
• Fluent English, including in a business/transactional context
• Team player with strong communication and client-facing skills
