Apply in confidence →Senior role within a global corporate insurance team advising insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries and MGAs on complex corporate and regulatory matters. The team handles M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations, portfolio transfers (including Part VII) and other high‑value, cross‑border insurance transactions.
The role will lead sophisticated transactions, act as a senior client contact and work closely with colleagues across corporate, regulatory, commercial and disputes teams. There is a strong emphasis on business development, team leadership and contributing to the strategic growth of the insurance practice.
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 7+ years' PQE in corporate or corporate insurance work.
- Proven experience advising insurers, reinsurers, brokers or MGAs on complex transactions (M&A, portfolio transfers, restructurings) and regulatory matters.
- Strong technical skills, commercial judgment and experience managing senior client relationships.
- Demonstrable experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development.
