Managing Associate (Trade Mark Attorney)

Our Intellectual Property team is looking for a Managing Associate (Trade Mark Attorney) to join our London office. We are a global law firm known for our expertise in IP, helping clients from iconic brands to innovative start-ups protect and develop their ideas.

You will be part of a collaborative and high-performing team, advising on the full spectrum of trade mark work, including searching, filing, prosecution, portfolio management, due diligence, and strategic advice. You will also have the opportunity to work on contentious matters and domain name disputes, and to engage with broader IP areas such as advertising.

We are looking for someone who is commercially focused, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for running client projects with minimal supervision, building trusted relationships, and contributing to business development initiatives.

• Qualified Trade Mark Attorney with solid experience in UK, EUIPO, and international trade mark searching, filing, and prosecution.
• Experience in portfolio management, due diligence, and providing strategic trade mark advice.
• Experience in contentious trade mark matters and domain name disputes is an advantage.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong commercial awareness and a collaborative working style.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
