Seeking a mid‑level finance associate to join a growing Sports, Media & Entertainment finance team. The role is open in either the Los Angeles or New York office and sits on a transactional practice advising on a wide range of debt and structured financings for music, film/TV, sports and other media assets.

Work will include drafting and negotiating secured lending documentation, representing lenders, borrowers and other transaction parties on senior, junior, mezzanine and structured/ABS financings, and supporting acquisitions and acquisition financings of media content and catalogs.

This is a hybrid role with regular office presence and opportunities to work collaboratively across the national media finance practice.

JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant state (NY or CA as applicable)
Minimum 4+ years of debt finance experience at a law firm, with strong secured‑lending drafting and negotiation skills
Experience on senior, junior, mezzanine and/or structured/ABS financing transactions; private credit experience preferred
Familiarity with media/entertainment content financings (music, film, TV) and related copyright considerations preferred
Strong analytical, drafting, communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively
