Mid-Level Tax Associate

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its highly regarded tax practice. In this role, you will support corporate and finance transactions, providing expert tax advice and structuring guidance on a variety of domestic and cross-border matters.

• Advise on tax aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
• Support finance and capital markets matters with tax structuring and due diligence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
• Draft tax opinions, memoranda, and transactional documentation.
