Mid/Senior-Level Tax Planning and Transactions Associate

Join our globally recognized Tax Practice, ranked Band 1 by Chambers Global, and work on complex cross-border transactions for leading companies. We are seeking a mid to senior-level associate to join our Tax Planning and Transactions team.

In this role, you will:

• Advise clients on and assist in implementing complex cross-border transactions.
• Draft memoranda and opinions on the most current and complex U.S. tax issues.
• Manage projects and collaborate with colleagues across practice groups and jurisdictions.
• Embrace new, developing areas of tax law where formal guidance is limited.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of relevant experience in international and corporate tax matters, strong project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Top academic credentials are required; an LLM in Taxation is a plus. Applicants must be admitted to and in good standing with the bar of the state where the office is located.
