Transactional Tax Associate

A leading law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its tax group in Chicago. The role focuses on transactional tax matters, with emphasis on partnership and REIT-related work.

The position offers a dynamic environment with meaningful professional development support, including an enhanced mentor program designed for experienced attorneys transitioning into the firm. The role follows a hybrid work model with in-office attendance Monday through Thursday and remote work available for specified periods throughout the year.

• Mid-level associate with training and experience consistent with a law school class year of 2020–2023
• Strong transactional tax experience
• Experience with partnerships and/or REITs is a plus
• Passion for delivering high-quality work product and client service
