Apply in confidence →National Banking & Finance practice seeking mid‑level to senior associates with 3+ years of relevant experience to support securitization, warehouse financing and related structured finance matters. The team advises lenders, funds and other financial institutions on complex financing solutions across the US.
Opportunities are available across multiple US offices (including Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Washington, D.C.). The role offers participation in the firm's annual bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package.
- Minimum 3 years' post‑qualification experience in structured finance/securitization.
- Practical experience with warehouse financing and other structured finance transactions.
- Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets strongly preferred.
- Active US bar admission or ability to obtain and excellent transactional drafting and communication skills.
